Business / Organizational Leadership Experience

Steve has an executive background. He has held senior leadership positions in finance and supply chain management at Yum! Brands and Kraft, both Fortune 500 companies. While at Yum! Brands, Steve won a Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance.

He also has executive leadership experience at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS), one of the nation’s largest purchasing cooperatives. While at RSCS, Steve led a team that negotiated contracts for over $1 Billion annually.

Just prior to entering the real estate industry, Steve was Vice President of Supply Chain Management & Quality Assurance at Fazoli’s. He was responsible for a $75MM supply chain covering 90 suppliers, 8 distribution centers, and servicing 215 restaurants.

Education

Steve holds an MBA in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. in Economics from Beloit College.

Community Service

Steve currently serves on the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors Finance Committee.

Steve and his Golden Retriever, Ozzie, are a pet therapy team with the WAGS organization. They regularly visit St. Joseph Children’s home.
