Steve was always accommodating of our schedules, came to houses prepared with background information to help us as we were walking the home to better understand what we were looking at. When it came to selling our house Steve was very detailed in the plan he put together to market our house. He gave us an assessment of the action items we needed to accomplish before putting the house on the market, brought in a stager and photographer to optimally present our home and when all was right listed the home. This kept our home from sitting on the market and aging while we were getting it ready. He was mindful of the market conditions and timing. All of this led to our home receiving two full asking price offers within 24 hours of hitting the market and before we could even have an open house; and this was at a price that was the highest paid in our neighborhood in at least the last 5 years.
The best part of working with Steve was his professionalism, ethics and unwavering positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend Steve whether someone is buying or selling a home or both.
